My name is Margaret, and I created this blog to give a voice to the voiceless — to make sure that missing persons are never forgotten.
For years, I’ve been haunted by the stories of people who vanished without a trace — children like Relisha Rudd, Anthonette Cayedito, and Lenoria Jones — names that deserve to be said, lives that still deserve justice. This blog is where I share their stories, honor their humanity, and shine a light on the systems that failed them.
Why I Started This Blog
I’ve worked in nonprofit spaces and advocacy work for years. And while I set out to help people, I’ve seen too often how systems — even those built to “do good” — can become rigid, bureaucratic, and blind to the real lives caught in their web. I saw people get boxed in, overlooked, and dismissed — all while the world kept moving.
This blog was born from both heartbreak and hope.
Heartbreak over how many lives get lost in silence.
Hope that we can still listen, still care, still fight for the people left behind.
What You’ll Find Here
On this blog, I focus exclusively on unsolved missing persons cases — especially those involving children, marginalized individuals, and forgotten communities. I don’t center gore or sensationalism. I center human dignity, storytelling, and social justice.
Each post is designed to:
– Tell the victim’s story with compassion and accuracy,
– Highlight the social issues (poverty, racism, child welfare failures) that contributed to their disappearance, and
– Encourage readers to care, share, and advocate.
My Approach
I don’t write from a distance. I write from experience.
I’m bilingual (English/Spanish) and have years of experience working with vulnerable populations — including survivors of violence, immigrants, and low-income families. I’ve been the person who steps in when no one else listens. I’ve seen how powerful it is just to be heard.
And I know what it’s like to scream into a system that doesn’t answer back.
That’s why I do this work on my own terms. No red tape. No performative advocacy. Just truth, care, and the belief that no one is too forgotten to fight for.
More Than a Blog — A Mission
I’m not just telling stories.
I’m building a community of people who refuse to look away.
People who believe every life matters — even if the world has forgotten their name.
If you’re here, you probably feel that too.
Welcome. Let’s fight for justice together.
